Three Rivers Yarning Circle

Our client Richmond Wellbeing approached Tjuart Architects with a vision to establish a First Nation themed yarning circle within their Step Up Step Down mental health facility in Bunbury Western Australia. We responded with a proposal based on a Noongar story that includes three rivers that are significant to Noongar people of the south west of Western Australia.

We acknowledge the Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands in which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community.

We pay our respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We also pay our respect to all generations of today and will support the continuing push to restore balance.
