Is Tjuart Architects registered on the WA Department of Finance Architectural Panel?

We are proud to say that we are currently the only First Nations Architectural Practice registered on the Department of Finance Architectural Panel in Western Australia.

What size projects can you take on?

We have the capacity to take on an array of architectural projects ranging from small-scale projects to large-scale multi-million dollar projects.

Do you have insurances?

Yes we hold insurance coverage in excess of the usual requirements for our projects. Certificates of Currency are available on request.

What quality management system do you follow?

We operate a Quality System based on ISO 9001 which assists the company in achieving consistent and measurable outcomes.

Authenticity

What percentage of Indigenous owernship is Tjuart Architects

Tjuart Architects is 50% Indigenous and 50% Non-Indigenous owned and operated.

Are you registered with Supply Nation?

Yes we are currently registered on Supply Nation. We can provide certification upon request.

Are you registered with the Aboriginal Business Directory of WA?

Yes we are currently registered on the Aboriginal Business Directory of Western Australia. We an provide certification upon request.

What percentage of Indigenous employees does Tjuart Architects have?

Our Employment Policy has been developed to maintain a minimum 70% Indigenous workforce.

Do you provide interior and landscape design services?

We sure do. We can provide our clients with holistic design services that include interior and landscape design.

Do you have rendering and animation capabilities?

Yes. Our experienced visualisation team can provide you with realistic rendering services as well as architectural animations.

Products

Do you have your own house plans?

We are currently working on our first range of house plans due for release in early 2023.

What other products do you provide?

We have developed a range of our own contemporary Noongar accommodation products based on traditional Noongar forms. Please get in touch to learn more.
